Zizyphus (Jujube)

Ziziphus spina-cristi is a Persian rhamnaceae particularly rich in tannins and saponins which give hair vigor and shine.

What are the properties of Zizyphus?

Il purifie le cuir chevelu en aidant à soigner les excès de sébum (cheveux gras), les pellicules et les irritations. On lui attribue également une action anti-poux par son action gainante sur les cheveux.

Ziziphus sheaths hair strands, giving them a natural effect of volume, all whilst providing shine. It purifies the scalp by helping against excess sebum (or oily hair), dandruff and irritation. It also has anti-lice properties through its sheathing action on the hair.

Real care: ziziphus can be used alone as well as between two henna dyes, or even before shampooing. Traditionally used as a purifier, ziziphus has soothing properties particularly suitable for irritated skin. As a poultice, it helps calm rashes.
