Iranian Galbanum

Herbaceous grows in high altitudes and sparsely populated areas.

• The seeds of this plant naturally re-establish themselves to reproduce
• The plant grows a very large and deep root, which after three years develops growths. These are incised for the resin they contain. The gum / resin then solidifies on contact with air, and it is used in the composition of some incense sticks. After processing, the resin is also used to make essential oils widely used in perfumes to give a green note. .
